• "SKYLARK" (Unofficial name) applied at Tinsley TMD on 21st Nov 1989. Removed during overhaul August 1995.
• "Freightliner 1995" at Crewe Basford Hall open day on 28th August 1995. Names removed at Southampton Maritime between June and October 2001
• "Freightliner 1995" at Toddington on Glos Warks Railway - 24th Sept 2005

Last Working - 8th June 2001 : 20.27 Leeds - Southampton freightliner (4O07), in the Oxford area a piston dropped into the sump writing off the Sulzer 12LDA 28C engine. Assisted to Southampton by 57001

• As per all of the 47/3 fleet, 47376 was built without train heating although the loco did carry boiler water tanks and a through steam pipe from new. These were removed during successive overhauls
• 47376 was the first loco to carry Freightliner Triple Grey livery
