47105 Progress

47105 was started up for the first time in nearly 8 years on the 21st March. The loco was run up a few times to identify any issues following the locos overhaul and indications were that everything was working as it should.




With the Coronavirus lockdown work has been stopped on the loco which was being made ready to receive its new coat of BR Blue paint.
